Mark Scharenbroich's (photo left) motivational style, knockout humor, and personal stories with universal appeal all focus on the relationship side of creating results, connecting people to people, administration to faculty, team member to team member, educator to student, and student to student.

While earning a degree in mass communications at St. Cloud State University in Minnesota, Mark wrote, directed and performed in a comedy troupe called Mom�s Apple Pie. The group performed together throughout the Midwest in the �70s. Since there were no comedy clubs, Mom�s Apple Pie performed on high school and college campuses. When the group disbanded, Mark went solo and combined his comedy training with motivational insights and started speaking at high school assemblies.

Jostens � the leading manufacturer of class rings, yearbooks and graduation products � hired Mark to speak at high schools throughout North America. In 1981, Mark was featured in a film called The Greatest Days of Your Life � (So Far). The movie featured Mark speaking to a packed audience of high school students and was seen by millions viewers worldwide in the 80�s. It earned him the Golden Apple and Silver Screen film awards.

Mark left Jostens to form his own communications business.

His reputation is schools stretches around the globe. Mark has written and produced several award-winning programs on leadership, motivation, school climate and character education. His inspirational programs include:
